You can return an item for any reason, within 30 days of receiving your order (for the Christmas period any item purchased after 1st November can be returned up until Jan 31st). The item(s) must be unworn and in new condition with all labels attached. You can choose to have a refund or a replacement item. The customer will need to pay the return postage to us and for exchanged items we will pay the cost of posting the new item back to you.

Please enclose the despatch note that came with your order (or if you’ve misplaced it, a note with your order number on it) and please let us know why you are returning the item (eg. a refund, or a replacement item) so we can put things right for you quickly.

Please get a Proof of Posting certificate when you return your item, just in case it goes astray in the post, as we can not be held responsible for customer returns that we have not received back.
