The Jolly Roger skull & crossbones symbol originally came from maritime logbooks – indicating a death on board. It was later adopted by pirates as their flag and used to intimidate other ships. So it’s a bit naughty really, and even though it’s printed onto a classically tailored, organic pique cotton polo, should only be worn by bad boys.
