Group C

A celebration of the legendary Group C years of 1982-1992 when innovative legislation allowed for endurance race cars that were relatively inexpensive but very very fast.
Major manufacturers and even some privateers piled in – at its peak Group C’s popularity rivalled F1 with cars hitting over 250 mph (400 kph) on the long straights. Bungled legislation in 1992 made the category too expensive and sadly the 1993 championship was cancelled before it even began.
Our design is an amalgamation of several of the leading Group C car designs, showing the typically low, sleek profile and large rear wing.
