Cappuccino – named after 15th Century Italian Cappuccini monks, it starts with a rich shot of espresso for flavour. Then comes a silky layer of warmed steamed milk, topped off with a thick velvety foam. Add a dusting of chocolate or cinnamon for a final flourish.
