We use Royal Mail to send our parcels – we know that because of industrial disputes, some of our customers are experiencing delays. We have considered other courier services but understand that they are also struggling to meet demand.

We apologise to our customers for any late deliveries – to help mitigate the situation all orders currently placed with us are being delivered by our express delivery service (so no need to specify express at checkout), although customers may still experience delays.
